Passionate teacher, would like to make a difference
I am dedicated to raising achievement of all pupils and have used my knowledge of date evaluation, assessment for learning and personalization as well as target setting to ensure pupils development.
Throughout my NOCN (preparing to teach at level 3) I believe I have used reflective practice effectively in order to develop my skills in the classroom so that I can become an inspiring and successful teacher of Science who is able to lead pupils effectively in their learning.
My job as Science technician helps me further as I am preparing the lessons and practical for the teachers, therefore I am fully aware and prepared with all educational changes. In practice this means I always level my objectives, provide differentiated resources, have levelled activities where appropriate, monitor certain pupils etc. This ensures that all pupils can access learning. I also try and make sure higher level/gifted and talented pupils are challenged.
